Terms and Conditions
- No minimum order quantities for Express and Urgent.
- Lead-times are in calendar days and may be adjusted for holidays and will be verified at time of order.
- Lead-time begins when we receive a customer signed drawing/approved order
- We commit to submit drawings for approval within two working days for Express and Urgent new products
- The customer must specify a carrier for Express and Urgent orders
- Lead-time ends when product is ready to ship or ready to inspect (if source inspection is required).
- Changes to orders (e.g. time, specification, quantity) inside lead-time are subject to premium pricing.
- Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation on Express and Urgent deliveries once accepted.
- Standard cancellation policy for regular orders.
- Each due date will be considered as a separate order
- If quality issue is discovered upon shipment receipt at the customer site:
- The FULL order will be exposed to the appropriate penalty (not just the one item), as long as the item is inspected the day of receipt.
- Penalty is capped at 100% of purchase price.
- Force Majeure negate penalty policy.
- Offer is subject to change and retraction without notice.
